He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon A. Bren and Jean E. Bren (Goodrich); and his brothers, Gordon and David. He is survived by: his children, Somer Bren of Ware, Stuart Hazen (Bren), Eric Hazen (Bren) of Sturbridge, Craig Bren of Bimfield, Justin Bren and Gordon Bren of Palmer.
