Ellsworth III of Monson and Kimberly Peet (Charles) of Belchertown; his siblings, Wesley Ellsworth (Cynthia) of Monson, Lynn Chalue of Monson and Sonya Ellsworth; and his grandchildren, Braden Ellsworth, Kevin Peet and Olivia Peet.
