She was predeceased by: her parents, June Johnsen and Norman Johnsen. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Keeley; her former husband Thomas Keeley; and her siblings, Susan Rivers, Lisa Dow and Kurt Johnsen.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tina's name may be directed to Wingmasters, a partnership "dedicated to increasing public understanding and appreciation of North American birds of prey" as well as providing rehabilitation to injured raptors.
