He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Duggan and Anne M. Duggan (Citowski); his partner Shelly Ellsworth; his brother Dennis Duggan; and his brothers-in-law, John Ahern and Dennis Ferry.
He is survived by: his son David Duggan; his grandchild Kristen Cummings; and his siblings, Mary A. Duggan (Al Richmond), Ellen Ahern, Patty Ferry and James Duggan (Melissa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
