He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Finnegan and Helen Finnegan (Felker); and his brother Thomas Finnegan. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Finnegan (Clarchick); his sister Mary Fuller (Kevin); his pet Molly; and also, Linda, Jim, Shannon and Anna Huluch.
