He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hale and Clara Ella Plumley (Boomhower); his wife Lillian; and his siblings, Richard, Lawrence, Harriet, Shirley and Faye.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn E. Smith (Jeff) of Windsor Locks, Laurie A. Belliveau (Ray) of Monson and Susan M. Jett (Drew) of Monson; his sister Diane Putek; his grandchildren, Stacy, Drew, Justin, Thomas, Phillip, Katherine, Victoria and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Henry, Bode and Theodore.
