He is survived by: his wife Karen Petrie; his son Philippe Bullington of Enfield; his mother Barbara Blackwelder (Aidan Butler); his children, Torie Egan of Wilbraham, MA and Jessie Egan of Wilbraham, MA; his pets, Harley and Zuki; his grandchildren, Caelan Butler, Cillian Butler and Logan Webb; his sisters, Diane Collins (Douglas) of Bourne, MA and Dorinda Clayton of Westfield, MA; and also Carol Bullington of Wilbraham, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
