He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carrigan and Jean Carrigan (Davidson); and his daughter Doreen Heacock. He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Carrigan (Richard); and his children, Jerome R. Carrigan Jr (Kris) of Chicopee, Scott Carrigan (Teresa) of Wales and Denise Kokoszka (Joseph) of Three Rivers. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
