We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2022, at the age of 75, Jack Kwasnik of Monson, Massachusetts, born in Westfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine M Kwasnik. He is survived by: his children, Keith Kwasnik, Karla Gilman (Keith) and Lauren Kwasnik; and his close friends, Daniel Fairfield, Jessica Boutin, Dan Car and Holly O'Neil. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
