He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Osgood (Nichols); his father Ernest Osgood; and his siblings, Patricia Goodwin and Ernest Osgood. He is survived by: his children, Geoffrey H. Osgood, Jr. of Prescott, AZ, David N. Osgood (Loretta) of Rockingham, VA and Katie Punch (Denis) of Feeding Hills, MA; his brother John Osgood; his grandchildren, Ashley Ketner, Carolyn Osgood and Anna Osgood; his great grandchildren, Christian Mason, Cheyenne Mason and Paige Ketner; and his great great grandchildren, Paisley Mason, Rylee Wise and Emma Wise.
