She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Frost (Lahai) and Gerald R. Frost; her husband Dr. John A. Prybylo; and her brothers, Gerald R. Frost, Jr. and Richard Frost.
She is survived by: her children, John A. Prybylo Jr. (Linda) of Harpswell, ME, David C. Prybylo (Dale Siar) of Charlotte, NC, Alan R. Prybylo (Melinda McCall) of Williamsburg, Robert F. Prybylo (Mary) of Bangor, ME and Faith A. Chen of Ashland. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
