He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dugay and Barbara (Colby); and his son Adam D. Dugay. He is survived by: his children, Jason Dugay (Crystal), Elizabeth A. Dugay of Wilbraham and Cortney M. Dugay of Monson; his siblings, Janet Wadhams (Jesse) of Monson, Tom Dugay (Yvonne) of Colorado Springs and Eric Dugay of Belchertown; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Felicia, Korissa, Ashleigh, Kadenze, Gavin, Brock, Emma and Ben.
