He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Phillips and Margaret A. Phillips (Shiel); his brother-in-law Jim Mulligan; and his brothers, Jack, Bob and Bill Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Katharine (Haley); his children, Christine Phillips, Dan Phillips (Andrea Kunder) and Kate Laliberte (Matt); his grandchildren, Lizzie, Patrick and Helen Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Phillips, Betty Phillips, Maureen Phillips, Ann Mulligan and David Haley (Judy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Patrick's Church Restoration Fund or Toy for Joy Fund C/O the Salvation Army.
