She was predeceased by: her spouse George A.; and her sibling Myles J. Sweeney. She is survived by: her children, Valerie J. Welter (Robert) of Waitsfield, VT and Dawn M. Skinnner of Naples, FL; her sibling Maureen Gariety; and her grandchildren, Bethany R., Caitlin A. and Eamon T. Welter. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and many close friends.
