He is survived by: his spouse Mary F. McCarthy (Sullivan); his child Monica Nee Churchill; his sibling Monica "Bonnie" Warren; his siblings-in-law, Flynn Warren and Eleanor Sullivan of Needham; and also, Nadia Ali Wilson (Brian) and Khaled Ali (Monlee).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Milton Animal Shelter, 181 Governor Stoughton Lane, Milton, MA 02186.
