He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Don; and his siblings, Carolyn "Connie" Laughlin of San Marcos, CA, Nuala Dacey (Bob) of Arlington and Gerald McGrath. He is survived by: his wife Jean M. McGrath; his children, Paul McGrath (Laura) and Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Caitlin and Ryan McGrath; and his sister Maureen Ahern of Chelmsford.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Agatha Church, 432 Adams St. Milton, MA 02186.
