He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. and Mary C. Swan; and his brothers, Charles F. Swan III and Robert F. Swan. He is survived by: his children, Meagan Stubenburg (Matthew) of Hawaii and Michael Swan of Virginia; his grandson Logan; and his sisters, Cheryl Bennett and Marybeth Mayo of Milton.
