She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Collins and Catherine A. Collins; and her brother John (Barbara) of California. She is survived by: her husband Bertrand of Pennsylvania; her daughters, Sarah Giulian (Delfine) of Belgium and Vicki Giulian (Matt) of Pennsylvania; her grandson Max; and her sister Kathleen Caccamo (John) of Milton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
