She was predeceased by: her brothers, Albert and Leo Lasis. She is survived by: her niece Janet McDonagh (Michael) of Pocasset; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Caroline, Kristen, Ryan, Madison, Adalynn and Ryleigh; her nephew John Lasis of Weymouth; her great-nephew Jonathan; and her great-niece Kennedy.
Her legacy is one of reading and book sharing as she worked at the library in her post retirement days and donated many books to her fellow readers.
