She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Smallwood Ackiss and Thelma Perry (Davis); her husband Dr. Frank L. Davis Jr.; and her sibling Dr. Smallwood Ackiss, Jr. (Valerie) of Virginia. She is survived by: her children, Terri T. Davis of Boston and Frank L. Davis III (Beth) of Milton; her grandchildren, Molly C. Davis of New York City and William L. Davis of Washington, D. C.; and her siblings, Dorothy Patricia Simmons (William) of Philadelphia and Bobbie Polston (Kenneth) of Maryland. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
