With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Miles Goodwin (Milton, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 27, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leo and Ruth Elizabeth Goodwin; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Goodwin Jr., Monica, Francis, William, Anne, Kathleen, Mary Eleanor, Marianne, Raymond, Betsy, Bernadette and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Carey); his son Sean (Heather); his grandchildren, Shannon, Patrick and Brendan of Sanbornton; his children, Kevin (Julie) of Hanover, Massachusetts and Susan (Timothy); and his grandson Seamus of North Easton, Massachusetts..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home (326 Granite Ave, Milton, MA 02186). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Hills Church (29 St Marys Rd, Milton, MA 02186).
