It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis L. Benway of Milton, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. and Mary C. Benway (Harkin) of Milton. He is survived by: his wife Maureen L. (Holland); his children, Francis A. "Frank" (Jamie), Christopher J. (Nadia El Tayar) of West Roxbury, William T. of Milton and Quincy; his grandchildren, Emma, Ainsley, Amina and Rami; his pet Darcy; and his friends, James Dunn of Norton, Mike Walsh of Weymouth and Kirk Baldwin of Holbrook. He is also survived by many loving friends, cousins, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Frank.
