He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judith M. (Ashman); his children, Thomas J. Locke (Lynne) of Hingham, Stephen D. Locke of South Boston and Diana V. Smith (Eric) of Norwell; his siblings, Richard Locke (Janet), Robert Locke (Janice) of Westwood, Jean Hunt of Plymouth and Joseph J. "Bud" McCluskey, Jr. (Mary) of Utah; and his grandchildren, Olivia Locke, Vivian and Callen Smith. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
