He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wallace and Anne Irene Devine (McLean); his wife Dorothy E. Devine (Minchin); and his brother Frank Devine. He is survived by: his children, David Devine (Kelly) of Hull, Joan Devine Rodeck (Thomas) of Quincy and Donald Devine (Joan) of Methuen; and his siblings, Elmond "Ellie" Devine, Patricia Devine Tracy and James Devine.
