He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo McGillicuddy and Mary McGillicuddy (Philbrick); his wife Linda McGillicuddy (Foley); and his siblings, Leo Paul, Robert McGillicuddy and Judith McGillicuddy.

He is survived by: his children, David (Brenda) of Braintree, Dana (Christopher) of Braintree and Mark (Mary Beth) of Norwell; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Dylan, Ridley, Lauren and Murron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
