He was predeceased by: his parent Rubina Guscott (Fields); and his sibling Christal Watson. He is survived by: his children, Henry I. Guscott and Patrice A. Williams; his grandchild Henry W. Guscott, Jr. of Dorchester; his parent Frank Guscott; and his siblings, Charles, Kenneth, George and Norman Guscott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Cecil's memory to Massachusetts Pre-Engineering Program, which provides education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to children of color.
