He was predeceased by: his wife Lois N. Souza McCormick. He is survived by: his children, Lois, Melanie (Jared), Brian (Ria) and Patricia; his grandchildren, Ava, Natalie, Wyatt, Brayton and Lyana; and his siblings, Harry and Martha. He is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
