She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stanley Gibson; her son Kevin Scott Gibson Sr. Kevin; her grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Deandra, Kelani, Darien and Daejeon; her great grandchildren, Kataleya, Kylie and Analee; her mother Lucille Powell; and her siblings, Tyrone Powell, Cynthia "Cookie" Powell, Valerie Donna (Fredrick Foxx), William (Gwendolyn), Michael (Christean), Timothy (Monica), Ibraahim Naazir (Margaret Roberts), James (Guilanie) and Mikel. She was also cherished by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Beverly was part of various organizations such as being a long-standing member of the Lupus Foundation of Boston; it was a very special place that was near and dear to her heart.
