He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth Finney of Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Michelle McDonough (Stephen McDonough) of Norfolk; his granddaughters, Lauren Jacobs (Sayer Beswick) of Bellingham, Abigail and Emily McDonough of Norfolk; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Holtzman and Henry Beswick of Bellingham; and his brothers, John Neeson and Russell Neeson of Elizabeth. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
