He was predeceased by: his wife Celia M. "Ceci" O'Toole (Butera); his sister Margaret Spelios; and his sister-in-law Marie Butera. He is survived by: his children, Caryn O'Toole (John Vachon) of Medfield, Patrick O'Toole Jr. (Amy O'Toole) of Millis and Robert O'Toole (Nadia O'Toole) of Newton; his siblings, John O'Toole, Francis O'Toole and Mary Crowley; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Lucente of Brighton and Santo Butera. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
