It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary C. Lahnston in Millis, Massachusetts, born in Milford, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Calnan and Daisy D. Calnan (Halliwell); her granddaughter Marchelle Corbett; and her siblings, Raymond Calnan, John Calnan, Jr., Estin Calnan, Hazel Ryan and Shirley Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Arndt (Todd) of Millis, MaryJo McDonough (Brian) of Scarborough, ME, Milissa Cafarella (Michael) of Charlottesville, VA, Paula Bagley (Christopher) of Scarborough, ME, Anton Lahnston (Ruth) of Reston, VA and Katrina Foley (Thomas) of Shrewsbury; her grandchildren, Brian McDonough, Jr. (Christina), Anna McDonough, Andrew Cafarella (Kate), Matthew Cafarella, Emma, Nicholas Bagley, Abigail, Victoria Lahnston, Meghan DiRico (Joseph), Sean and Grace Foley; her great grandchildren, Thomas DiRico and Brady McDonough; and her sister Ida Struck of Millis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current Boston Archdiocese mask mandate, everyone is required to wear a mask if attending a funeral Mass unless you are speaking at the lectern.
