He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio D'Innocenzo and Lenora D'Innocenzo (Giammatteo); and his brother James D'Innocenzo. He is survived by: his son Michael; his wife Patricia (Mastropieri); and his brother-in-law Lawrence Mastropieri of Millis.
