Effie Makarios Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Effie Makarios of Millis, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Effie Makarios to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Evanthea Bantos and Sotiris Bantos; and her sibling-in-law Eleftheria Athanasiadis. She is survived by: her husband Theodore Makarios; her children, Sylvia Makarios, Perry Makarios (Anna) and Susan Argyro Makarios (Anastasios Koronios); and her siblings, Nota Moraitis, Katina Damassiotis (Nikos), Maria Panagopoulos and John Bantos. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
