With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas W. Barr Sr. of Millis, Massachusetts, born in Needham, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon E. Barr and Barbara N. Barr (Kearns); and his siblings, Gordon "Bunny" Barr, Jr. and Sheila Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline F. Barr (Rubino); his children, Douglas Barr, Jr. (Lauren) of Medway, Jennifer Pinto (Josinei) of Millis, Tiffany Anderson (Derek) of Millis, Amanda Barr of Millis and Ashley Kelly (Christopher) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Madison, Colin, Scarlett, Greyson, Lydia, Douglas, III, Olivia, Jackson and Ava; his sister Gayle Pennington (Allen) of Middleboro; and his brother-in-law Fred Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
