He was predeceased by: his wife Zoya. He is survived by: his parents, Laurentiy Vlasenko and Irena Vlasenko (Goreharuk); his spouse Galina Vlasenko (Sankova); his children, Peter Vlasenko, Ivan Vlasenko, Mikhail Vlasenko, Vera Hasanova and Luba Samohina; and his siblings, Leontiy, Vladimir, Anatoliy Vlasenko and Vera Zakurakin. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
