He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Miner and Lillian Miner (Foster); and his siblings, Betty, Arthur, Francine, Pauline, Mabel and Charles.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Miner of Raleigh, NC, Brian Miner (Sue) of Chelmsford, MA and Jeffrey Miner of Troy, NY; his granddaughters, Emily, Danielle and Sara; and his siblings, George, Robert, Bernard, Carol Mayrand and Donna Chrostowsky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
