He was predeceased by: his wife Norma; his parents, Franciszek Kurkiewicz and Wanda Kurkiewicz (Paluch); and his siblings, John Kurkiewicz of Texas, Jozef Kurkiewicz of Dudley and Barbara Kurkiewicz of Worcester.
He is survived by: his son Ryan Kurkiewicz (Ryan) of Millbury; and his siblings, Teresa (Cecil Stone), Stanley (Patricia Kurkiewicz), Mary Kurkiewicz of Southbridge, Annette (Akrapon Sangkhum) and Christine (James D'Alessandro).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
