He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Evers Parker; his brother Kenneth Kelly; and his mother Marguerite Norton. He is survived by: his close friend Celeste Donohue of Millbury; his children, Richard Parker (Tina Mason-Johnson) of Boston, Lorin Parker (Randy Race) of Stockbridge, VT and Sue Talmadge (Erik); his grandson Max of Ashland, MA; and his siblings, Carol Bretagne (Richard) of Worcester, MA, Gail Tremblay of Pelham, NH, Sandra Kirby (James) of Advance, Joyce Kelly of Waltham, MA, Lynne Kelly of Belmont, MA, David Kelly (Marjolein) of Brookline, NH, Robin Houmiller (Chris) of Sullivan, ME and June Messina (Joseph) of Tyngsboro, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Bill's family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be directed to a charity of the donor's choosing.
