He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie M. Moquin (Gremo); his daughter Paula A. Ward of Millbury; his significant other Sadly; his grandson Pfc; his siblings, Patricia O'Neill, William Moquin, Robert "Joker" Moquin and Albert Moquin; and his parents, Armand N. Moquin and Clara Moquin (Bergstrom).
He is survived by: his children, Sheila A. Dezotell of Millbury, Brian M. Moquin Sr. (Lynne Puzar) of Millbury and Walter J. Moquin Jr. (Karin) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Rose A. Finne of Millbury, Lindsey M. Dezotell (Leiah) of St. Petersburg, FL, Ashley M. Bessette of Millbury, Jason W. Dezotell (Chelsea) of Southborough, Brianna M. Mendez of Millbury, Kaitlin R. Moquin and Benjamin J. Moquin of Oxford; his great grandchildren, Gianna R. Muriuki of Millbury, Anthony J. Bessette of Millbury and Colby E. Dezotell of Southborough; and his brother Paul Moquin of Worcester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and close friends.
