She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis P. Dolegiewicz and Irene L. Dolegiewicz (Dame); and her brother-in-law Russ Melanson of Grafton. She is survived by: her siblings, Diane K. Melanson (Dolegiewicz) of Grafton, John L. Dolegiewicz of Sutton and Paul D. Dolegiewicz of Shrewsbury; her children, Alana Melanson (Adam Casten) of Chelmsford, Corey Melanson of Grafton, Elizabeth Mlynarski (Dolegiewicz) of Shrewsbury, Paul D. "PJ" Dolegiewicz Jr. of Uxbridge and Robert Dolegiewicz (Miranda) of Oxford; and her nephew Jared K. Pechie of Moosup, CT. She is also survived by several grandnephews and a grandniece; and many cousins.
