He was predeceased by: his father Chester Urban. He is survived by: his mother Mary Urban (Biadasz); his daughters, Sheena Johnson (Han Tu) of Worcester and Lindsay Calzini (James) of Hanahan, SC; his grandchildren, Avianna and Kyaire Tu; his siblings, David Urban (Diane) of Malden and Peggy Swenson (Brett) of Millbury; and his nephews, Matthew, Patrick, Nathan Urban, Timothy and Scott Swenson.
