He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Sherby (Teske); his children, Deeann Olney of Millbury, Kathy Brady of Millbury, Douglas, Sean Sherby of Woonsocket, RI and Shayne Sherby of Waterville Me; and his brother Joseph Premo of Millbury. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Roger's name may be made to American Kidney Foundation.
