He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Hagstrom and Helen Hagstrom (Swett); his brother Robert Hagstrom; and his sister-in-law Betty-Jane. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hagstrom (Johnson); his children, Karen (Michael Gurnick) of Ashland, Paul (Janet), Linda (David Woisard) of Warwick, R. I., Lisa (Paul Jacobs) of Millbury and David Hagstrom of Orleans; his grandchildren, Amanda Poletta (Joseph), Paul Michael Hagstrom and Justin Jacobs; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Jace and Julian Poletta.
