He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Jacques and Doris Jacques (Plouffe); and his brothers, Philip, Francis and Leeland Jacques.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jacques (Hudson); his daughters, Jessica Jacques (Dawn Skoglund) of Worcester, Jocelyn Jacques-Curewitz (Matt) of Worcester and Jacquelyn Dubois (Frank) of Milford; and his brother Albert Jacques of South Grafton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
