He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kozlowski and Virginia Kozlowski (King). He is survived by: his wife Christine J. Kozlowski (Russo); his sons, Joseph M. Kozlowski (Michele Ferraiuolo) and Jeffrey A. Kozlowski; his grandchildren, Brooke Massicotte and Nathan Kozlowski; and his siblings, Katherine Rausch (Daniel) and Richard Kozlowski (Helen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
