With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Kowalczyk of Millbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 23, 2021 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Virginia Wright (Adamiak) and Robert M. Kowalczyk. He is survived by: his mother Maryann Kozlowski; his father-in-law William "Billy" Kozlowski of Millbury; his father Brian R. Kowalczyk (Rose) of Oxford; his fiancée Jessica M. Chretien; his daughter Alyssa M. Kowalczyk of Millbury; his grandchild Colt; his grandmother Nancy B. Kowalczyk of Shrewsbury; and his siblings, Katie M. Kowalczyk of Auburn, Alexander R. Kowalczyk of Worcester, Tyler R. Kowalczyk of Leicester and Joseph R. Kozlowski of Millbury. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a college fund for his daughter Alyssa Kowalczyk at Shrewsbury Credit Union.
