He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel A. Demers and Ida M. Demers (Latulippe); and his sister Eleanor Corey (Demers). He is survived by: his son Lionel R. Demers Jr. (Denise); and also Kathleen Racicot. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
