He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mattus and Ellen Ruth Mattus; and his daughter Tracy Mellen. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Mattus (Mailea); his sons, Robert of Millbury and Michael (Melissa) of Lunenburg; his brother William of Penneville, NY; his grandchildren, Elyssa, Kristopher Mellen, Cameron, Kailey, Colin Mattus, Michaela O'Brian and Julia Mattus; his great grandchildren, Kristopher and Benjamin Mellen; and his children-in-law, Scott Mellen and Sharon Mattus.
