He is survived by: his daughter Kim Legares of Southbridge; his grandchildren, Kayla, Gianna, Rachael, Sara and Angelo; his great grandchild Bentley; his sisters, Kathy Fay of Athol, Debra Nichols of Cherry Valley and Patricia Kapulka of Cherry Valley; his girlfriend Judy Istzan of Hubbardston; his nieces and nephews, Lisa Langmaid, Bill Kapulka, Kelly Moisan and John Nichols; and his friends, Lisa and Ray Lebel of Millbury.
