He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maciak and Jennie Maciak (Kaminski); and his wife Jean Harris. He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Sullivan (John "Jay" Sullivan) of Oxford and Donna Godin of Auburn; his grandchildren, Brian Sullivan (Andrea Dupont), Christopher Godin and Natasha Godin-Lippe; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Connor, Cameron and Virginia; and his brother Walter Maciak.
